MSME Technology Adoption

What: Industry-specific AI guidance for traditional businesses — field-based diagnostics in select NCR clusters, expanding outward cluster by cluster.
Who it's for: SMEs, artisans, traders, manufacturers (textiles, agriculture, kirana, handicrafts, food processing, gems & jewelry)
How: On-site assessment → AI tool selection → implementation → training → ongoing support
Revenue model: Consulting (₹5K-25K/MSME) + CSR
Status: Pilot in progress (founder's family business in precious stones & jewelry)

Technology Protection

What: Protecting Indian families from algorithmic harm — children from addictive feeds, elders from AI fraud, citizens from deepfakes.
Who it's for: Children, elders, and the digitally newly-arrived — the Indians most exposed to AI-enabled harm
How: Research partnerships with child psychologists and educators; building alternatives to engagement-maximizing platforms; future programs on elder fraud protection and deepfake awareness
Revenue model: Research grants + CSR (no consumer charge)
Status: Research phase — flagship children's initiative in development
